West meets east, "My 30 Days Tea" is the herbal tea serieas blended western and Japanese originated herbs.

Fresh Nose Blend

Contains 13 herbs, including hyssop, nettle, elderflower and beet tea. It has a cool, refreshing hyssop base and an herbal citrus flavor. Recommended for relief of sore throat, nasal congestion, and itchy eyes caused by hay fever and colds.

Hyssop (France), Green Rooibos, Lemon Verbena, Peppermint, Lemon Myrtle, Thyme, Nettle, Elderflower, Echinacea, Holy Basil, Mallow Blue, Eyebright, Asian blackberry tea

Caffeine-Free

Hot
Place the tea bag in a cup, pour approximately 180 ml
of boiling water, and let
sit for 5-6 minutes
before serving.

Ice
Pour directly into a heat-resistant glass filled with ice.
*It is not for cold brew.
