Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your item.
For customers in Taiwan, the legally mandated 7‑day unconditional withdrawal right applies; no reason is required (certain exemptions apply under local law).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Authorization & Instructions
If your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., cosmetic or beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final‑sale or clearance items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please first submit a return request.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Costs & International Duties
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Import duties/taxes paid at the time of purchase are non‑refundable.
Any customs fees charged to us for returned parcels will be deducted from your refund.
Refusal, Unclaimed Parcels & Incorrect Addresses
If your parcel is returned due to refused delivery, non‑payment of duties/taxes, an incorrect address, or failure to collect within the carrier’s hold period:
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable
- Return shipping and any customs/handling charges will be deducted from your refund
- Additional shipping fees apply for re‑dispatch requests
