Female Health Blend

Based on the dusty flavor of black beans, it has a gentle aroma. A blend of 13 herbs, including St. John's wort and western carrot bark, with shatavari, which has been considered good for women's health in Ayurveda.

Place the tea bag in a cup, pour approximately 180 ml
of boiling water, and let
sit for 5-6 minutes
