How to Use

1)Pour hot water into the bowl to warm it. Soak the whisk in the hot water to soften the bristles.
2)Discard the hot water from the bowl and wipe away any remaining moisture.
3) Put 2 teaspoons (2g) of matcha into the tea bowl.
4)Pour 230ml/1 cup of hot water at 175 °F (80 °C). +
5)Place the whisk so that its tips lightly touch the bottom of the bowl. Using your wrist, whisk in a quick “M” motion to thoroughly blend the matcha and hot water, creating a smooth, creamy froth.
6)While drawing small circles, gradually lift the whisk upward in a vertical motion.
