Herbal Syrup Cordial Organic Elderflower

This cordial blends elderflower extract with lemon juice for a crisp, refreshing tartness.
Mild and pleasant in flavor, it's a long-time favorite in our herbal cordial series—and a hit with kids, too.

Elderflower cordial, famously used in the royal wedding cake, also makes a lovely addition to celebratory toasts with sparkling water or as a thoughtful wedding gift.

About Herbal Syrup Cordial

The cordial has been consumed for over 1000 years, and now Tree of Life has evolved it with great taste + topical ingredients.

In addition to drinking, it is also suitable as an ingredient for baking, and can be used as sugar in herbal leachate, fruit juice, sugar, etc.

Low GI, Suger-Free

This cordial is sweetened with low GI agave syrup and apple juice instead of sugar, and has a subtle aroma of hidden ginger.

How to Drink

Dilute 7 to 8 times
Keep cap on and shake well before use.
Add to water, hot water, herbal tea, or sparkling water.
The standard amount is 30-40ml of cordial per 180ml of water, but you can adjust the amount to your taste.
It can be served hot or iced.
This is a beverage for dilution. Do not drink undiluted.

Other ways to enjoy
Pour over yogurt or ice cream.
Add to liqueur or champagne to make cocktails.

Cautions for Use

After opening, close the cap tightly and store in the refrigerator. Consume as soon as possible, preferably within 3 weeks.
You may occasionally notice floating or sedimented natural ingredients, or residue around the bottle neck—this is normal and does not affect the quality. If residue appears, simply wipe it off.
As natural ingredients are used, slight variations in flavor and color may occur depending on the season, but there is no difference in product quality.
