Ensure the hook or hanging place is stable and can support the weight to avoid falling.

Make sure the essential oil has fully absorbed before moving the diffuser.

Natural resin may surface from the wood. If concerned, wipe with warm water or alcohol.

Do not let the oiled diffuser come into contact with clothing, painted surfaces, or plastics to avoid staining or deformation.

When using in a closet, the scent may mix with other deodorizers or insect repellents. Stop use if you feel unwell.

Minor chips or burrs may be present due to the manufacturing process.

Each piece has unique variations in color and wood grain due to its natural material.

This product is not washable. If the scent becomes unpleasant, we recommend replacing it with a new one.

Wood may expand in humid conditions and shrink in dry conditions, which can cause warping or fine cracks depending on the season or storage environment.

Discoloration of the wood may occur due to the oil used or over time, but this does not affect product quality.
