Since this is natural wood, hinoki-specific resin (sap) may appear. It does not affect usage but please be careful to avoid contact with furniture or clothing.

When applying essential oils, do not touch the chips directly.

Avoid use and storage in high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight.

Keep away from fire or heat sources during use and storage.

Even without essential oils, you can enjoy the natural hinoki aroma, but the strength may vary between individual pieces.

As natural wood is used, shapes, knots, wood grains, resin, dark spots, splinters, or rough edges may be present. Please understand this before use.

This product cannot be washed. If the scent becomes unpleasant or the absorption of essential oils worsens, we recommend replacing with a new chip.
